Support icon

Step 1: Click on the support icon to gain access to New messages, Conversations, and Tickets.

Step 2: Click on the New icon to type your new message, subject, and type.

Step 3: Click on the blued arrow icon that says attach a file to upload your file.

Step 4: Click on the send message blue coloured button to send a message.
