Tickets

Create tickets if you are having issues with the course content, for example, if you cant view the course, the video not playing, the certificate not loading, etc. 

Step 1: Click on the support icon on the left-hand side of your dashboard

Step 2: A new interphase showing the ticket Icon would pop up. 

Step 3: click on the ticket icon to view your message history, support summary, and to filter messages.
